Hi, I’m Kira — a Reiki practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and life coach based in San Diego. I help people release tension, realign their energy, and reconnect with themselves and their purpose through energy healing, movement, and mindful guidance. My sessions are potent, grounding, restorative, and tailored to each person’s needs.

We may often find ourselves lost, broken down, defeated, while simultaneously inspired, excited, and eager to redesign ourselves and our lives.Ultimately, you know who you are, and who you want to continue to be. At times you may lose sight of the way forward, and get distracted by the menial pieces that keep you feeling stuck.My purpose in this life is to guide you back to yourself. In energy work, movement, and coaching, I work with you to clarify who you truly are, what you want, and how to get there. Many times, your success will mean simplifying, not adding more to your schedule or plate. To come back to truth, peace, and fulfillment, you will need to walk through the fire and clear out the old systems. My work is potent, honest, and passionate.I look forward to working with you.

Reiki Energy Healing (60 min) – Gentle, hands-off energy work to clear your nervous system and restore your sense of self. This work is wonderful for: clarifying emotional and physical pain, supporting alignment, and refining your energetic presence. - $70/hrAlchemy Coaching (60 min) – Intuitive coaching rooted in Human Design, astrology, and personal growth tools. Guidance based in refining how YOU want to change and grow, not in a "one size fits all," method. Can be paired with Reiki Healing to enhance your growth and alignment. - $111/hrYoga Instruction (60 min) – Classes for 2 or more people, I design your classes based on fitness goals and physical ability. Phenomenal for flexibility, mobility, balance work, strengthening, cardio, and mind to muscle connection. - $95/hr
